Behind the chairs

Real appointment lengths. Formulas kept on file.

Marlowe & Main is a six-chair salon in the Plaza District of Oklahoma City. Every service is booked at the time it actually takes, so nobody sits with foils in while their stylist starts someone else.

Color formulas, cut notes and finish photos are kept on your client card, so a root touch-up in October matches the one from July. Clients come from OKC, Edmond, Norman and Moore.

On the menu

Six services, priced before you sit down

Every price below is confirmed at the consult, before any water hits your hair.

Haircuts
01From $48

Haircuts

Consult, wash, cut and finish. Booked at forty-five minutes so the shape gets dry-checked before you leave, not rushed at the bowl.

Single-Process Color
02From $85

Single-Process Color

Root touch-ups and all-over color, with the formula written to your card so the next visit matches. A gloss finish is included.

Balayage & Foils
03From $165

Balayage & Foils

Hand-painted balayage, full and partial foils. Booked with the toner and finish in the same slot — no second appointment for the gloss.

Blowouts & Styling
04From $42

Blowouts & Styling

Wash, blowout and hot-tool finish for events or a midweek reset. Thirty to forty-five minutes depending on length and density.

Conditioning Treatments
05From $35

Conditioning Treatments

Bond-building and deep-conditioning treatments added to any service, or standalone with a blowout. Discussed at the consult, never pitched at the bowl.

Kids' Cuts
06From $28

Kids' Cuts

Cuts for kids twelve and under, booked in the quieter morning block. Same consult, shorter chair time.

Why Marlowe & Main

On time, on formula, priced at the consult

Four habits that decide whether a salon visit takes an hour or eats the whole afternoon.

01

Real appointment lengths

A balayage is booked as a balayage, not squeezed into a cut slot. Your start time is your start time.

02

Formulas on file

Every color visit is written to your card — brand, formula, timing — so the next visit matches the last one.

03

Price at the consult

The price is confirmed before the wash. If the plan changes mid-service, the price is re-confirmed first.

04

No bowl upsells

Treatments and add-ons are discussed at the consult, never pitched while you're reclined at the bowl.
